In one sentence: the app collects no personal data. It is designed for children aged 3 to 8 and runs entirely on your device.

1. Who is responsible

The publisher of the app (“we”) is identified in the legal notice. Contact: bonjour@piyoo.app.

2. What we do not collect

• No account, no e-mail address, no phone number.
• No advertising, no ad networks, no advertising identifier (IDFA / GAID).
• No analytics tools, no third-party trackers.
• No location, no access to the camera, microphone, contacts or photos.
• Nothing created by your child (drawings, first name) is ever sent to us.

3. What stays on the device

To work, the app stores locally, in its private space on your phone: the first name you may have entered (optional, only displayed in the app), drawings in progress and hatched creatures (“the nest”), your settings (sound), and the state of your purchases. This data is never sent anywhere and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

4. In-app purchases

Purchases (packs, subscription) are made and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms and privacy policies. We never see your identity or payment method.

To validate and restore purchases, the app uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA) as a processor. It receives: an anonymous identifier randomly generated by the app (not linked to your identity), the purchase receipts provided by the store, and technical information (platform, app version, the IP address inherent to any connection). This data is used only to make purchases work. RevenueCat’s policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.

5. Sharing and reviews

Sharing a drawing and opening the app’s store page are actions triggered by an adult behind the parental gate, using your phone’s own features. Nothing goes through our servers.

6. Children

The app is intended for children under a parent’s supervision. In line with COPPA, the GDPR (art. 8) and the rules of the App Store “Kids” and Google Play “Families” programs, we collect no personal data from children. Purchases, external links and the Parents area are protected by a parental gate (arithmetic question).

7. Your rights

Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing to access, correct or delete on our side: uninstalling the app erases all local data. For the anonymous technical data held by RevenueCat, write to us and we will forward your request. EU residents may also contact their data protection authority.

8. Security and hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare and sets no tracking cookies. The app has no application server and no user database.

9. Changes

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with its date. Should we ever collect any data, we would say so clearly and ask for the parent’s consent first.
