PiyooTerms of Use

1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the “Piyoo” mobile app (the “App”), published by the publisher identified in the legal notice. By installing or using the App, you accept them.
2. Access
The App requires no account. It is intended for children aged 3 to 8 under adult supervision; the adult remains responsible for its use and for any purchase. Purchases, external links and the Parents area sit behind a parental gate.
3. Free content
Three coloring pages are free forever, with no account or condition. The animation of a free coloring page is always free.
4. In-app purchases
- Packs: one-time (non-consumable) purchases that permanently unlock the pack’s coloring pages on your store account.
- Monthly subscription: unlocks the whole catalog and new releases during the period. The price is shown in the App before purchase. When a free trial is offered, its length is shown before purchase; at the end of the trial the subscription is charged at the displayed price. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple or Google account settings. You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Purchases are made with Apple or Google, who bill them and apply their own terms, including for refunds. “Restore purchases” lets you retrieve your purchases on another device signed in to the same store account.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its drawings, animations, sounds and brand are protected. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial licence to use it. The coloring pages completed by your child, and images shared from the App, may be used freely within a private and family setting.
6. Changes and availability
We may change the App (content, features, prices of new purchases) and discontinue parts of it. Purchases already made remain acquired as described in section 4.
7. Liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you as a consumer by law.
8. Personal data
See the privacy policy: the App collects no personal data.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, write to bonjour@piyoo.app; EU consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
